According to the case [JST-237243
| https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JST-237243] the metrics to count the number of requests by CUSTOMER should be improved. Now the total tickets for an organization counts all the issues that each user from an organization has submitted does equal the amount of issues submitted on behalf of an organization. |
Considering a user can exist in multiple organization this is a completely erroneous metric. The correct search value should be:
resolution = Unresolved AND project = CSP AND "Customer Request Type" is not EMPTY AND Organizations in ("PROJECT")
Like that it would count just requests created on behalf of the customers.
