      Summary

      Request types can be organized into Groups. In some situations, each group should have a request type named Other for requests part of the group which doesn't have an exact request type for it

      As an admin, I would like to know which group each request is from. This is currently possible by creating a Other request type in each group. This means if we have 10 groups, we need 10 different request types. This is tedious and would be best if we can re-use the same request type for all groups, but SD automatically tracks this information
