      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, there is no way to customise which fields are used to filter requests on the User Requests page - URL for reference: /servicedesk/customer/user/requests.

      It would be useful if there was an option to customise the fields used to filter the requests.
