Problem Definition
In JIRA Service Desk, Customer Portal only accounts do not have the option to change their email address at domain/servicedesk/customer/user/profile
Suggested Solution
- If it's permitted for anyone from any domain to sign up as a customer, then they should be provided an option to change their email from that page.
- Alternatively, if the domain is restricted, then they should still be able to change their email but have to enter an email that contains the same domain.
Workaround
- Administrator can change their email via User Management.
