      Problem Definition

      When customer develops an application and tries to configure it with JIRA Service Desk using OAuth. The OAuth dance works only with JSD agents and in our developer Documents we didn't mention that there's any restriction on JSD customers.
      However, it's currently not possible for JSD customers to grant permission to other application in order to access private data in JIRA on customers' behalf.

      Suggested Solution

      Add support of OAuth dance with JSD customers.
