Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
When public signup is enabled, it would be nice if JIRA Service Desk can automatically create a new Service Desk Customer account for the user when his/her email address is manually added as a participant of an issue via Customer Portal or JIRA Issue View.
As it does for the CC field of email request.
