      Problem Definition

      Other than vertical positioning of fields, it is not possible to make any adjustments to the layout of the create request screen for Service Desk. When working with request types that require a lot of fields to be filled in, this means the create screen can become really long stretched downwards.

      Suggested Solution

      Being able to place fields in columns provides the option to place fields next to each other instead of under each other. This helps to create a better looking layout.
