    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Diagnosis:

In Service Desk, we could configure multiple SLA on one project and there is a chance that the issue will met every SLA conditions. This will make the issue show all SLA in the JIRA Issue details view regardless of the status of the SLA, hence if there is 9 SLA on the ticket and only 2 that is actually still running, the rest of the SLA will still shown when it should be less important compare to the running SLA.

      Suggested Feature:

Hence, it will be great if we have a feature to hide any SLA that is currently not running it would be great. We could group the SLA together when it is Paused or Stopped in one section that could be expanded/collapse by the user. This will make the SLA details more neat.
