Just curious, it's been almost 7 years since this was created and there isn't any resolution or way to do this? Is this just a functionality that will never exist?

Some rules can take me 20 minutes to copy from one project to another and then I have to compare them to ensure I didn't miss anything. I have many rules that I have to copy between projects, so this gets multiplied by quite a lot. Copying between projects would take seconds, and also ensure I didn't mistype or miss any small details. The man-hours/time-saving on a much larger scale (the demand for this functionality) is massive!

Seems that 7 years of redundant, manual copying equates to an exorbitant amount of wasted time. It would be helpful to at least close out these items acknowledging that Atlassian/Jira just can't accomplish this.

It would be very helpful to have this feature. Thank you for considering it.

Would be really helpful. We are starting with service desk and need to add more than 5 projects at once and always have to define the same automation rules.
