As admin, would like to have separate configuration for Customer Portal Field and Issue Screen Field in JIRA

      Problem Definition

      Currently , when a field set as Required in Field Configuration , you can't set Optional for Customer Portal , unless to hide it from Customer Portal .

      Suggested Solution

      Give options to set Optional for Customer Portal , but if customer leave it blank , then there will be a default value for that fields.
