At the moment, the automation allows an issue to automatically be transitioned upon a comment. However, if a custom workflow is being used, the available options does not allow the issue to transition to a specific transition. Example
There is custom workflow, with custom statuses to represent 2 different 'work groups':
1) Waiting for Support
2) Waiting for Tech Support
Both of the above statuses can transition to the status 'Waiting for Customer'
When the Customer comments, the issue should transition to the most recent status just before this.
