Description
NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.
If a customer creates a request (via the portal or email) and they have had their username changed, they will not receive a Service Desk issue created notification. Request participants that have been CC'd via email will also not receive the notification.
This will also affect users with uppercase characters in username
