Problem description
After starting a free trial of JIRA Service Desk through the "Manage Add-ons" page of an OnDemand instance, half of the add-on's modules get disabled, no "Service Desk" drop-down button appears at the top navigation bar and the "Get Started" button redirects to a 404 page - https://domain-name.atlassian.net/servicedesk/agent/all (due to the modules being disabled):
Workaround
Manually enable all modules of the add-on.
