      Summary

      Configuring Service Desk Mail Channel with Lotus Domino IMAP server will creates unwanted attachment while creating issues or adding comments.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create Service Desk
      2. Create Mail Channel using Lotus Domino IMAP server
      3. Get customer to create issues from mail

      Current behaviour

      Unwanted attachment is attached in the issue which is the HTML version of the body of the mail. See screenshot.

      Expected behaviour

      No unwanted attachment is attached.

      Additional Information

      • This problem is not reproducible using normal JIRA Mail Handler
      • This problem is not reproducible using GMail server in the Mail Channel
