As a Service Desk admin I would like to create multiple fields on the customer portal and have them condense into one *real* field in JIRA

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Service Desk owner can add 'temporary' or 'visual' fields that do not create new fields in JIRA
      • The values of those fields condense into one JIRA field (ie, Description)

      This saves us from creating hundreds of custom fields for text entry.
