    Description

      Problem Definition

Currently, when the project customer permission set to "Anyone with an account on ..." , automatically all users have access to the portal. Sometimes there's few users with a different domain ( for example external contractors) , shouldn't have access to it. It's troublesome to restrict the project and manually add the user as a customer.

      Suggested Solution

Allow the option to restrict customers by domain when the project customer permission set to "Anyone with an account on .."

      Why this is important

It's easier for the user to restrict the project by domain.

      Workaround

      • Set the project customer permission to "Customers my team adds to the project"
      • Add all user with the same domain to one group.
      • Add the group to project "Service Desk Customer" role.
