Description
NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding bug report.
When using JIRA Service Desk with a Knowledgebase a pop-up window opens when a suggested article is selected by the user. That is good.
But, if this article contains a link to another confluence page and this link is clicked, Confluence opens and the customer leaves the Service Desk
environment. That's not good. Is it possible to display the new page in the pop-up window as well?
