Correct JSD link in Atlassian Support Offerings

      The JSD link on the Atlassian Support Offerings - End of Life Policy points to greenhopper.

      In addition, the format of the text in the JSD and JAG fields should be formatted the same. Right now the JAG field appears to have a line break after the word "the"
