Description

Summary
The "Ready for Support" transition has been renamed to "Respond to Support". This is due to a simplification of the default Service Desk workflow, but unfortunately affects any existing workflow. The underlying cause is that the "jira.i18n.title" value "sd.workflow.itsupport.transition.waitsup.title" was used for the "Ready for Support" step, but has been re-used for "Respond to Support".
Steps to Reproduce
- While JIRA Service Desk 1.2.5 or below is installed, create a new service desk project, and use the default workflow
- Upgrade to version 1.2.6.1 or above
- Create a service desk request
- Observe that the transition is now called "Respond to Support" while the issue is in "Waiting for Triage" state.
