      Problem Definition

      Currently, Agent is allow to manage customer and organizations in the project. This is include :-

      • Create or remove customer from the project
      • View the customer list
      • Create and remove organization
      • Add or remove customer from the organization

      Same as what mention in Setting up service desk user documentation.

      Suggested Solution

      Give option to control the permission for which agent able to manage the customers/organization.

      Why this is important

      Some organization, they do have external and internal agents. The expectation is only internal agent able to manage the customers/organization. The external agents should not have permission to do it.
