Provide a JQL function to search for "Status name to show customer"

      Problem Description

      At this moment, users can only search for statuses but not the status name to show to the customer. As a user, I'd like to export a report and show it to the customer with the "external status" (status that is shown to the customer)

      Suggested Resolution.

      Provide a JQL function to search for "Status name to show customer"
