Description
An automation rule configured to transition an issue upon creation may fail if the issue was created via email and contains an attachment.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new project.
- Configure Email Requests
- Configure an automation rule as: WHEN Issue created -> THEN Transition issue, choosing a valid transition for the Issue Type.
- Send an email to the address configured at Email Requests with an attachment.
Expected behaviour
The issue will transition to the status configured in the THEN action.
Actual behaviour
The issue history shows the expected transition, however, intermittently, the issue will not be transitioned to the new status.
