Ability for customer filter issue from "My Request" page using JQL query

      Problem Definition

      Customer couldn't filter out issue from "My Request" page . All issue is pile up together . So , if customer would like to search issue with specific field value , it can't be done.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide JQL query option in "My Request" page.
