Support to RTL languages

      Currently it is possible to translate JIRA Service Desk to RTL languages with the add-ons or translation packs available, however, we can't respond to customer in the RTL direction.
      As a service desk supporting multi language customers, I would like to be able to write my responses in RTL direction.
