      Problem Definition

      Able to configure the customer portal to show a detailed customer work queue with the ability to filter and search the queue on the basis of various criteria (e.g. Priority, SLA, Date Submitted, Last Response). We require queues similar to the ones that are available for agents, but we need them for our customers.

      Provide customer queue at customer portal
