      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In JIRA Service Desk, when you click on Respond to Customer or some other option that will display a comment field, the comment field will be auto populated with the following:

      It would be good if Project Administrators could modify or remove this automated text.
