Enable config setting to adjust auto pulling of incoming email intervals

      As an Administrator I want the ability to configure how often the queues are auto refreshed.
      As of now the queues are auto refreshed every 2 minutes.
      I want to auto refresh every 30 seconds, other may want other intervals.
