As a new Service Desk user, I would like to have a set of standard Service Desk tickets, that could be followed as a model on how to rise a tickets in Service Desk.

Currently we have the "My First Service Desk" with an example of ticket followed by a guide, but a set of already created tickets would be good as well.

[JSDCLOUD-2031] Create a set of standard tickets in the first Service Desk

            Hi all,

Thank you for your feedback. For our HR, External, General, Facility and Legal service desks you can utilise our Demo Desk when you create your first project in the instance. We are also working on bringing this functionality to a sample environment for our ITSM projects.
