Self-service showing Knowledge base articles + Confluence Questions + Create Request Types

      As per presented on this video from Summit 2014, I'd like to have such feature implemented ASAP.

      Self-service should be showing Knowledge base articles + Confluence Questions and also allow users to Create Request Types.

      Any ETA on when this should be released?
