      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      I'm not sure why this field is forced. I suppose it would be useful if you were sending outgoing messages from Confluence, Jira and multiple products via the same address, but I'm not. It should be optional.
