Description

Steps to Reproduce:
- Have a JSD project
- Visit the customer portal
- Select the issue to create
- Fill out the fields
- Hit Create (and keep hiting Create until the window closes)

Expected Results:
JSD would disable the Create button and keep it that way until the entire creating process is done.
Actual Results:
JSD disables the Create button for a while, but before the window closes, it re-activates it again (which is probably causing this issue).
Workaround:
Wait for JSD to dismiss that window.
