Utility to Remap JIRA Workflows for use with Service Desk

      Service Desk requires certain properties on workflow transitions in order to function properly. It would be helpful to have a GUI-based utility to map a custom workflow for use with Service Desk.

      The utility would grab all available statuses in a custom workflow and provide drop-down boxes to designate whether each status is:

      • Waiting for customer
      • Waiting for support
      • Resolved

      Based on the inputs, the necessary properties would automatically be applied to the workflow. It should include the option to automatically backup the workflow and prompt to check if the workflow should be published after modification.
