Problem with SLA plugin (VertygoSLA)

      Dears,
      I am contacting you because we have a Jira installation in our company, working with VertygoSLA and we are facing a problem with the ordering of the SLA's.
      One of our customers reported this to us, we did perform a re-indexing which did not solve the problem and we have opened a ticket to Valiantsys (VSLA-1148 on their Jira) but their approach is that you have acquired their plugin and will embed it to Service Desk module.
      Can you please tell me which is the best way to get support on our problem as we really need to provide a solution to our customer?
