Allowing Subtask to be configured for Service Desk's Customer Portal

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      At the moment, JIRA Service Desk is only allowed to configure Parent issue types as Request Type.

      It would be great to have Subtask to be able to be configured as Request type. This would mean that Subtask tickets would be shown in customer portals. And this would also mean that agents can add customers as participant in that subtask issue and it will be listed in "My Request" of the customer.
