Create documentation for JIRA Service Desk Workflow customization

      When we create a custom workflow for a JIRA Service Desk project, we loose all automation that happens when a customer adds a comment, which transitions the issue to a different status. There is no documentation that explains how to customize the JIRA Service Desk Workflow.
