Hi,
I have created a service desk project, keeping the standard permission.
I have added the user AD group into the Service Desk Customer.
But when then try logging an service desk request on the customer portal. It asks them to logging.
And if they logging in it gives an error message as "Invalid credentials"
Could you please let me know how the customers can be added without taking JIRA licenses.
