Description
Problem Definition
The current problem some users are facing is that the 'Time to resolution' column in a queue only shows in the format of 'dd MMM HH:mm a' like the below 'Time to resolution' column.
Suggested Solution
It would be ideal to be able to change this format to something like 2022/02/15 09:52 AM (yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm a). This SLA format should also be referring to the Look and Feel of the Jira Configuration.
