    Description

      The feed currently is RSS 0.92, which has several deficiencies, the most severe being not including date metadata in each entry. As a result, the site doesn't come up ideally in newsreaders. also, some of hte current crop of news readers don't seem to support earlier versions of RSS. For example, Newsgator (which runs inside Outlook) does not support 0.9.2. I notice that this was done in Confluence a year ago, but doesn't seem to have made it into JIRA yet
