FogBugz importer doesn't like when issues don't exist for links

    Description

      Errors are reported when the FogBugz importer imports a subset of projects and there are links to/from issues that aren't being imported.

      Get some nasties like:

      2006-03-14 11:58:07,250 INFO [imports.importer.impl.ImportLogger] Linking 'null' and 'null' as Related (4237.063s)
2006-03-14 11:58:07,265 INFO [imports.importer.impl.ImportLogger] Linking 'null' and 'null' as Related (4237.078s)
2006-03-14 11:58:07,281 INFO [imports.importer.impl.ImportLogger] Linking 'null' and 'null' as Related (4237.094s)
2006-03-14 11:58:07,296 INFO [imports.importer.impl.ImportLogger] Linking 'null' and 'null' as Related (4237.109s)
2006-03-14 11:58:07,312 INFO [imports.importer.impl.ImportLogger] Linking 'null' and 'null' as Related (4237.125s)

      It doesn't cause any problems, just spits out ugly messages.
