Description
Reported by ImaHima >> Some field do not support multi byte support. For example, users can enter Japanese Kanji letter as Group name. But it is used at URL variables without encoding. So, some field might be use by encoding URL, But I do not know the impact of all system functionality. Could you clarify fields which can be used multi-byte value?
Feedback from Mike Cannon-Brookes >> Workflow name, user name and group name will only support ASCII characters. Validation should be added to only allow ASCII characters for these fields. Will be fixed in next build.
