    Description

      It would be convenient if the user picker that is used für managing watchers, could be prefiltered so that only users with permission to the specific project are displayed.

      We have lots of users and lots of groups in each project and we use the "whatch it" feature very often to make people aware of certain issues raised. This prefiltering would really help our workflow.

          Suggestion - JRASERVER-7776 When adding watchers, the user-picker dialog should only show users who have access to the project.
