    Description

      Cache has been turned off since 3.4 (or earlier) and is being removed in 3.6.

      In the mean time we should simply remove the Issue Cache gui from Admini section.
      Will stop the "What is happening with the cache?" questions...

      Maaybe still provide a pge to descibe the issue cache state.
