The CSV importer needs to promopt the user if no field has been specified to be imported as Summary

    Description

      If the user is importing from CSV and has not specified which field to import as summary, no issues will be imported as issues in JIAR must have a summary.

      Need to ctahc this case and prompt the user to specify the mapping.
