The Cancel button in Import Data will return Error 404

The page in 'Import Data' from Bugzilla , Mantis or CSV, the 'Cancel' will return Error 404 which complains can not find externalimport.jsp.

It miss the parameter <%= request.getContextPath() %> in 'cancelURI''s value, like cvsimport.jsp.
