Wallboard does not show all the gadgets

Problem

Jira does not show the selected dashboard gadgets when it's selected to be used as a wallboard.

Environment

Windows enviroment

Jira 9.12.7 , 9.15.2

Steps to Reproduce

• Install Jira on windows.
• Create a test dashboard 
• Add the gadgets 
  • Activity stream
  • Filter result
  • Agile wallboard 
  • Bubble chart 
• Select "Set up wallboard slideshow" and pick the test dashboard 
• Lower the cycle period to 3 seconds 
• Select "View as wallboard" or "View wallboard slideshow"

Expected Results

Gadgets will appear or start transitioning one after the other

Actual Results

Only one gadget (Bubble chart) appears and the rest are missing
