    Description

      Scenario Description

When running a JQL search in Jira, whether through the search tool or by displaying the contents of a Board or Advanced Roadmap Plan, users who lack the necessary permissions to access all configured projects may have part of the search results omitted without any notification.
Consequently, these users may unknowingly make decisions or work based solely on the content available without realizing that a portion of the results is not visible with their current privileges.

      Suggestion

As an administrator, I would like to let the user performing the search/accessing a board or plan know that some issues may be unavailable due to insufficient privileges to one or more projects (without the need to specify which projects they don't have access to).

This feature can be a toggle to be turned on or off by administrators depending on whether or not they want users to know their access level to projects.
