Update "Linking Github Accounts"

Currently, the page for Linking Github accounts lists the first three steps of the integration as:

1. Choose Edit Your Profile.
2. Select Applications.
3. Choose Register new application.

This is not reflective of the actual UI or menu options available and should be updated to:

1. Click on the icon in the upper right corner with your profile image > Settings
2. At the very bottom on the left, click Developer Settings
3. On the left, click OAuth Apps
4. Click the green button that says "Register a new application"
