allow default values for non costum fields

In my organization many team members mostly make Jira issues for a single team

It would be nice if you could populate fields like Teams and Label in the Create Issue form with default values.

With current automation it seams like you can change field base on e.g. creator but the earliest available transition is Created so maybe adding an Initiate pseudo transition could fix this kind of problems
