Have separate schedule sprint permission to set due date permission

Currently the 'Schedule Issues' project permission controls a users ability to both edit due date and schedule and item in a sprint.

In our programme of ~300 users due date is used as a baseline date against which end date is measured and there is no need to prevent rescheduling of a sprint but there is a need to control edit access to due date. Can a separate permission be created to control sprints so that Schedule Issues only controls access to Due Date?
