Inline editing doesn't work when issue is accessed via any filter result in list view

Issue Summary

When you try to access any issue from the filter result in the list view, for the first time fields are editable. Once you refresh the page and try inline editing it doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open any existing filter in the list view
• Click on any issue from the filter result so that the issue is opened in the same tab and the URL should be similar to <Base_URL>/browse/<issue_key>?filter=id
• (optional) Try to edit the description field inline, this will work
• Refresh the page and try editing the same description field again

Other reproduction is just to open copy+paste the URL <Base_URL>/browse/<issue_key>?filter=id in new window

Expected Results

The description field should be editable even after the page refresh.

Actual Results

The description, title, labels fields are not editable.
"overlay-icon aui-icon aui-icon-small aui-iconfont-edit" is not present in the DOM after refresh at all

Workaround

• Open the filter in the Detail view
• Open the issue in new tab
• go back to list view and reopen the issue
